One of the things that makes TLP special is who we get to work for every day — farmers.

We aren't just hauling freight from one place to another. We're helping farmers get the feed they need to take care of their livestock and help feed the world. We take pride in knowing that the work we do matters and that our drivers play an important role in agriculture.

And honestly, our customers are some of the best people in the world.

Because we are farmers ourselves, we understand the agriculture community and the people we serve. We've found that farmers appreciate good service, and they treat our drivers with that same respect.

We've had customers give our drivers homemade cookies, cook dinner for them, and even stop what they're doing to help a driver make a repair when something goes wrong. Those moments mean a lot.

There is a genuine sense of community in agriculture. When our drivers need help, our customers often aren't afraid to lend a hand. That kind of relationship is something we don't take for granted.

Trucking can be demanding, so we believe it's important to make time to enjoy being part of a team.

Throughout the year, we have company get-togethers, cookouts, and other opportunities for our employees and their families to spend time together outside of work. Every year, we also celebrate with a company Christmas party — a chance to slow down, enjoy a meal, have some fun, and recognize the people who helped make the year a success.

But our culture goes beyond company events.

We care about the people we work with. Whether it's helping a driver when they're having a tough day, checking in on someone who needs a hand, or simply taking time to laugh and enjoy each other's company, we believe in treating people the way we would want to be treated.
